Return Policy We aim to provide services that benefit all customers. We hope you are satisfied with every purchase. In some cases, you may need to return some items. Please read the return policy below and we will try our best to help you.

Returnable items Items that can be returned/refunded or replaced within the warranty period follow the following standards:

1. Faulty items damaged or soiled upon arrival. If it is due to transportation reasons, you need to negotiate with the logistics company for compensation.

2. The received product size/color is incorrect. (Returns are not accepted within the margin of error)

3. The items are not cleaned, unused, unused, labeled and unchanged. Note: In this case, we will not bear the return shipping cost.

Return conditions: For items without quality problems, please make sure that the returned items are unused and still in the original packaging. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our return address. Without a product return form, our team will not be able to process any returned items.

Non-returnable items We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

1. Items outside the 30-day warranty period.

2. Items that are washed, worn, used, label removed or misused.

3. Items in the following categories:

*There is no quality problem for customized projects

*Cosplay and costumes, skating, gymnastics costumes

*Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, 3D printers, smart robots

*Tights, underwear and pajamas, swimwear, jewelry and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets)

*Customs clearance items, disposable items

Before making a return request For any reason, if you want to cancel an order during the ordering process, you need to wait until you receive the package before making a return request. Because cross-border transportation involves complicated procedures, domestic and international customs clearance, and local and international transportation carriers and agents. If you refuse to take the package from the postman, or do not take the package from the local pickup store, our customer service will not be able to determine the condition of the package and therefore cannot process your return request. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to the customer's personal reasons (please refer to the details below), we will contact you to repay the return postage and arrange for the return.

However, please note that there will be no refund in this case. Details of the customer’s personal reasons:

*Wrong address/consignee *Invalid contact information/delivery phone and email not answered

*The customer refuses to accept the package/pays taxes/completes customs clearance

*The package is not picked up by the deadline. Return address and refund Return address: You need to send the returned product to our warehouse in China. Before returning an item, please always contact us by submitting a ticket to obtain a product return form with the relevant return address. Please do not return your package to any address specified on the shipping label of the received package. If the package is returned to the wrong address, we will not take any responsibility.

Refund: The refund will be issued to your credit account. The original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Note: If you want to return the goods, please click "Receive Order" to confirm that you have received the package. Then submit "Return or Exchange". After submitting the application, our customer service will approve your return request based on our policies, warranty, product status and the certification you provide. Trackable package inquiry period Please note that all shipping companies only accept inquiries submitted during the inquiry period. If you want to check the unreceived package, please contact customer service within the specified time.
